The Process
HomeSight Realtor Support Login Screen
  1. Agent signs up with HomeSight and receives access to the RSS system via user name and password.
  2. Order for service is placed by the agent using the RSS system.
  3. HomeSight staff assigns the order to the local dealer.
  4. The local dealer schedules appointment to inspect the home.
  5. The local dealer inspects the home and performs the services ordered, ie., floor plan, photos, video.
  6. Local dealer transfers completed floor plan and photos to HomeSight.
  7. If video is ordered, raw video is sent to video editor for narration and editing.
  8. HomeSight processing staff reviews photos and makes necessary post-production enhancements using Photoshop.  Some local Dealers may perform their own Photoshop enhancements and photography upgrades such as twilight photos and HDR.
  9. HomeSight staff then builds the Interactive Floor Plan (IFP) using the proprietary RSS system.
  10. HomeSight staff reviews and publishes the IFP to make it live on the Internet.
  11. HomeSight staff places link on Realtor.com if ordered by the agent.
  12. Agent receives email including hyperlinks to both a branded and an unbranded version of the IFP.
  13. Local Dealer forwards final Tru Walkthrough video to HomeSight which is added the IFP.
  14. Agent has continuous access to the IFP though a back-end order management system.
